2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We strive to ensure that all products displayed on our website accurately represent the actual products. However:

5. ORDER PLACEMENT

5A. FURNITURE TRADE-IN / SWAP PROGRAMME
Sambosh House of Comfort may, at its sole discretion, offer customers the opportunity to exchange eligible used furniture (“Trade-In Furniture”) for a discount on the purchase of new furniture.
Participation in any trade-in programme shall be subject to the following conditions:
a. Trade-In Furniture must be owned by the customer and free from any liens, encumbrances, hire-purchase obligations, or third-party ownership claims.
b. Customers warrant that they have full legal authority to transfer ownership of the Trade-In Furniture to Sambosh House of Comfort.
c. Trade-In Furniture shall be subject to physical inspection and valuation by Sambosh House of Comfort before any discount is approved.
d. Any valuation or discount estimate provided before inspection is provisional and may be revised after physical assessment.
e. Sambosh House of Comfort reserves the right to reject any Trade-In Furniture for any reason, including excessive wear, structural damage, pest infestation, contamination, health hazards, unsafe materials, or poor resale condition.
f. Once a trade-in transaction has been completed and the Trade-In Furniture has been collected or surrendered, ownership shall immediately transfer to Sambosh House of Comfort and cannot be reversed.
g. Discounts offered under the trade-in programme are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may only be applied to qualifying purchases.
h. Sambosh House of Comfort reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its trade-in programme at any time without prior notice.
5B. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS FOR TRADE-IN FURNITURE
To qualify for trade-in consideration, furniture should generally:
• Be structurally sound and reasonably functional.
• Be free from active termite, bedbug, rodent, or pest infestations.
• Not contain hazardous materials.
• Not present health or safety risks to staff, customers, or transportation personnel.
• Be capable of safe handling and transportation.
Sambosh House of Comfort reserves the sole right to determine whether any item satisfies these requirements.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
• We accept approved payment methods as listed on our website.
• Full payment or agreed deposits may be required before production or delivery.
• Payments must be made through authorized payment channels.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
• Any bank charges or transaction fees shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed
6A. DEPOSITS AND PARTIAL PAYMENTS
Where a deposit is required, such deposit may be non-refundable once materials have been purchased, production has commenced, or resources have been allocated specifically for the customer’s order.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. CUSTOM-MADE FURNITURE
For customized furniture:
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications.
• Customized products may require advance deposits.
• Once production begins, changes may attract additional costs.
Custom-made, made-to-order, personalized, or specially manufactured products are final-sale items and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law or where a verified manufacturing defect exists.
7A. CUSTOMER MEASUREMENTS AND SITE RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture can fit through entrances, hallways, staircases, elevators, doorways, and designated installation locations.
Where products cannot be delivered or installed due to insufficient access or inaccurate customer-provided measurements, additional transportation, storage, handling, modification, or re-delivery charges may apply.
8. DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery period provided at the time of purchase.
However:
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
• Delays caused by weather, transportation, security situations, strikes, supply shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances shall not constitute a breach of contract.
• Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any visible defects immediately.
• Risk and ownership of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
8A. FAILED DELIVERY
A delivery shall be deemed failed where:
• The customer is unavailable at the agreed delivery time.
• Access to the premises is restricted.
• Delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related circumstances.
Additional delivery fees may be charged for subsequent delivery attempts.
9. INSTALLATION SERVICES
Where installation services are provided:
• Customers must ensure adequate site access.
• Delays caused by inaccessible premises may incur additional charges.
• Installation dates may be rescheduled due to unforeseen operational circumstances.
10. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
• Customers may request returns or exchanges subject to the following:
• Products must be returned in their original condition.
• Requests must be made within the applicable return period.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Customized furniture may not be eligible for return unless defective.
• Transportation costs associated with approved returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
10A. INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Customers shall inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Any visible defects, shortages, damage, or discrepancies must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Failure to notify Sambosh House of Comfort within this period may constitute acceptance of the goods.
11. WARRANTY
Sambosh House of Comfort stands behind the quality of its products.
Our warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects.
• Structural defects resulting from normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper maintenance.
• Damage resulting from exposure to water, excessive heat, or environmental conditions.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Fabric fading caused by sunlight exposure;
• Damage from pets or animals;
• Commercial use of furniture sold for residential purposes;
• Damage caused by relocation or transportation by third parties;
• Cosmetic wear resulting from ordinary use;
• Customer-selected materials supplied by third parties.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.
11A. LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD
Unless otherwise specified in writing, warranties commence from the date of delivery.
Warranty remedies may include:
• Repair;
• Replacement;
• Partial replacement of defective components; or
• Store credit,
at Sambosh House of Comfort’s sole discretion.
12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:

• Follow all care and maintenance instructions.

• Ensure adequate access for delivery and installation.

15B. STORAGE FEES
Where delivery is delayed at the customer’s request beyond the agreed delivery date, Sambosh House of Comfort may charge reasonable storage fees and related handling costs.
